Tai Chi Program
This round of Tai Chi programs will be on Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:30pm beginning Wednesday May 15th -June 26th for a total of 6 sessions. (No class on June 19th)
Classes will be held at the Lions Hall in Wolfville (36 Elm Ave).
The cost is $60 for the 6 classes.
Tai Chi incorporates slow and intentional movements and is great for both physical and mental health!
This program is suited for all experience levels alike.
