Learn To Run 5 KM
Monday Evenings and/or Wednesdays at Noon
Take your fitness up a notch or two by learning to run in a structured program so you can complete a 5k run at the end of this 12 week program. This proven plan is designed to safely and successfully enable you to achieve new fitness goals each week in a mutually supportive environment . You will also receive a program you can follow to enable you to complete a 10k event this fall.

Acadia Active Aging Program
Exercise sessions with the aim of improving your physical fitness and health through group exercise and individualized programs.
All exercise sessions will be held in the Acadia Arena Complex. The group will meet twice per week and focus on improving aerobic fitness, strength, balance and flexibility.

We are currently recruiting adults between the ages of 65-85 years of age for a winter walking program.

Your Way to Wellness:
Starts Feb. 9th, for six Thursdays, 1-3:30pm @ the Multi-purpose
Room of Eastern Kings Memorial Health Centre. This self-management
program is for people living with a chronic health condition,
such as diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease, to name a few.
