Development Agreement Proposal - 620 Main Street

As of March 18th, 2016 the owners of 620 Main Street - The Tattingstone Inn - are seeking a development agreement to allow for the addition of two new buildings to the property, an expanded parking area, a circular driveway and the addition of a full-sized veranda to the front of the existing building.

Development Agreement Amendment Proposal - 336 Main Street

TAKE NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, January 30th, 2017 in Council Chambers of Town Hall - 359 Main Street - regarding amendments to the development agreement for 336 Main Street (PID 55278733) that would allow for the development to be brought into compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements, and deal with other administrative matters.

 

 

Development Agreement Proposal -  21 Linden Avenue

As of August 29th, 2016 the owners of 21 Linden Avenue are seeking a development agreement to allow for the addition of up to two new dwelling units to the property for a total of 4. The Public Information Meeting will be held at 7:00PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 359 Main Street on Monday, November 7th, 2016.

Development Agreement Proposal - 6/12 University Avenue

As of September 27th, 2016 the owners of 6/12 University Avenue are seeking a development agreement to allow for the construction of a 13,000 sq. ft. "Innovation Pavillion" that would replace the existing connector between Huggins Science Hall andf Elliott Hall. The Public Information Meeting will be held at 7:00PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 359 Main Street on Wednesday, November 16th, 2016.
