Development Agreement Proposal - 620 Main Street

As of March 18th, 2016 the owners of 620 Main Street - The Tattingstone Inn - are seeking a development agreement to allow for the addition of two new buildings to the property, an expanded parking area, a circular driveway and the addition of a full-sized veranda to the front of the existing building.

Development Agreement Proposal - Lot 3 Gaspereau Avenue

As of October 11th, 2016 the owner of  Lot 3 Gaspereau Avenue is seeking a development agreement to allow for the construction of two multi-unit residential buildings, each containing four units, on what will become two lots (currently PID 55274849) with one fronting on Gaspereau Avenue and the other on Willow Avenue.

A Public Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 2nd, 2017 beginning at 6:30pm in Council Chambers of Town Hall - 359 Main Street.

Development Agreement Proposal -  21 Linden Avenue

As of August 29th, 2016 the owners of 21 Linden Avenue are seeking a development agreement to allow for an increase in the permissible number of dwelling units located at this property from two to four.

Development Agreement Proposal - 6/12 University Avenue

As of September 27th, 2016 the owners of 6/12 University Avenue are seeking a development agreement to allow for the construction of a 13,000 sq. ft. "Innovation Pavillion" that would replace the existing connector between Huggins Science Hall andf Elliott Hall. The Public Information Meeting will be held at 7:00PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 359 Main Street on Wednesday, November 16th, 2016.
