Many of the Town of Wolfville Bylaws are currently under review to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date. Work is being completed by staff in consultation with the Municipal Solicitor. The Bylaws listed here are in force, although there may be some inaccuracies. In the case of conflict between municipal bylaws and Provincial legislation, that latter prevails.
