Wolfville Learn To Run ProgramParticipants will be guided through a ten week run- walk program in preparation for a 5 km entry level event with Janet Mooney, an experienced Learn To Run Leader and certified personal trainer. This Learn to Run Program is designed for true beginners and will feature weekly presentation on topics of interest and will focus on building a foundation for injury free running. Midweek running and cross training homework will be on your own, or with fellow participants. Childcare will be available if there is demand.
