 Meeting Time Changes in New Year

Be advised that starting in January 2010, the Committee of Council meetings currently being held the first Monday of each month at 7:30 pm, will be held during the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 4 pm.  This practice will continue for a trial period from January to July 2010 inclusive and will be evaluated to determine which time (afternoon or evening) will be the designated meeting time in the future. The date will remain the first Monday of each month, except where that day is a holiday, which will move the meeting to the next day. Regular meetings of Council are posted on the website's Calendar of Events, with agenda packages being attached the Friday prior to the meeting.
