As of March 9th, 2017 the owner of 462/468 Main Street are seeking a development agreement to allow for the construction of two additional storeys above the existing commercial spaces, which will contain four units per stroey, for a total of eight residential dwelling units. The Public Information Meeting is scheduled to take place at 6:00PM on Thursday, April 13th, 2017 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall - 359 Main Street.
As of October 11th, 2016 the owner of Lot 3 Gaspereau Avenue is seeking a development agreement to allow for the construction of two multi-unit residential buildings, each containing four units, on what will become two lots (currently PID 55274849) with one fronting on Gaspereau Avenue and the other on Willow Avenue.
A Public Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 2nd, 2017 beginning at 6:30pm in Council Chambers of Town Hall - 359 Main Street.
As of August 29th, 2016 the owners of 21 Linden Avenue are seeking a development agreement to allow for an increase in the permissible number of dwelling units located at this property from two to four.
As of September 27th, 2016 the owners of 14 Acadia Street are seeking a development agreement to allow for the development of two additional dwelling units on the property for a total of four residential dwelling. The Public Information Meeting will be held at 6:00PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 359 Main Street on Monday, April 17th, 2017.
As of April 13th, 2017 the owner of 292 Main Street is seeking a development agreement to allow for the construction of a six-storey building containing 78 residential units in the upper storeys and multiple commercial spaces at street level. The Public Information Meeting will be held at 6:00PM in the Meeting Hall of the Wolfville Fire Department located at 355 Main Street on Thursday, June15th, 2017. The entrance to the Meeting Hall is located across the street from 5 Locust Avenue.
Council is considering amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw to redesignate and rezone 185 Main Street from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) to enable a development agreement for a three-unit dwelling.
