The Town of Wolfville (TOW) invites Proponents to submit a proposal for design and construction of the new Welcome Centre project, located at 11 Willow Ave Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
The selected Proponent will design and build the new Welcome Centre with all land improvements included with a substantial completion date of June 28, 2024.
The estimated footprint of the new facility is 60 m² of heated space with an additional covered area of approximately 55 m2. The total project budget for the design-build project is $600,000 plus HST with a substantial completion date of June 28, 2024.
The RFP closed on December 19, 2023 with three (3) submissions. Dynamic Project Management Inc. (DPM) of Bedford, NS was the successful proponent, with a bid of $598,958.00.
